After the technical measurements, each element is prepared digitally. The Reynaers profiles are precisely sawn, machined, and assembled, and important technical details are checked directly during the production process .
The aluminium profiles are finished with a high-quality Qualicoat Class 2 powder coating, aimed at preserving colour and gloss. Subsequently, our own experienced installers handle the assembly and precise adjustment. For renovations, we inspect existing sills, reveals, roller shutter boxes, and interior finishes; for new builds, we align windows and doors with insulation structures, ventilation, floor heights, airtightness, and drainage. In this way, personal advice, technical measurements, in-house production , installation, and service form a single, direct process.

The custom aluminium work is therefore technically prepared and processed in VINCK's own workshop in Sint-Niklaas , close to Waasmunster. After the measurements, dimensions, profiles, connections, glass weights, and connection details are precisely worked out.
Our own specialist teams then take care of the installation, glazing, and adjustment. Because advice, measurement, production, and installation are handled within a single organization, you have a single point of contact for the entire project.
