The parties have entered into one or more agreements with Marcel Vinck BVBA, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0475.117.282 and having its registered office at Nobels-Peelmanstraat 11, 9100 Sint-Niklaas. They wish to comply with their obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, which became applicable on 25 May 2018.

Right to withdraw consent: If the processing of your personal data is based on prior consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. Your personal data will then only continue to be processed if we have another legal basis for doing so.
Automated decision-making and profiling
The processing of your personal data does not involve profiling, nor will you be subject to automated decision-making by us.
