Use of Artificial Intelligence

VINCK uses artificial intelligence as a supporting tool when drafting, improving, reviewing and formatting certain texts, photographs and images on this website.

AI is used to support our communications. VINCK always retains full responsibility for the content, editorial decisions and legal aspects of the published information.

Some texts on this website may have been created partly with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Texts originally written by VINCK may also have been improved using AI in terms of spelling, wording, structure, readability, translation or search engine optimisation.

All texts are reviewed by VINCK before publication. Relevant product information, technical specifications, company information and commercial claims are checked and adjusted where necessary.

A text is published only after its content has been approved by VINCK. AI does not independently make decisions concerning quotations, prices, technical designs, warranties, contractual terms or the suitability of a solution for a specific project.

Some of the visual material consists of original photographs of projects completed by VINCK, products, the showroom, the workshop or other company activities.

These original photographs may be technically optimised using conventional or AI-assisted image editing. This may include adjustments to:

• removal of minor, irrelevant visual distractions.

With such technical enhancements, the project shown, the products used and the essential architectural features remain authentic. No windows, doors, structures, materials or technical properties are added if they were not present in the actual project.

Lifestyle and Inspiration Images

This website may also contain lifestyle and inspiration images that have been generated entirely or partly using artificial intelligence or have been substantively edited.

These images are used solely to illustrate a possible style, atmosphere, architectural application or design approach. They do not constitute evidence of a project actually completed by VINCK and must not be regarded as an exact representation of a technical proposal, quotation or guaranteed final result.

An image is presented as a project actually completed by VINCK only when the relevant page, project page or section is clearly identified as a “VINCK project”, “completed project” or “project completed by VINCK”.

Colours, gloss levels, proportions, profile thicknesses, glazed areas, materials and other visual characteristics shown on a screen may differ from the actual product. For a specific project, only the quotation, technical documentation, samples, plans and written product

specifications are binding.
